These Smith & Wesson handcuffs are fabricated from heat treated carbon steel. They are manufactured with heat treated internal lockworks, featuring smooth ratchets for swift cuffing and double locks to prevent tampering. All S&W handcuffs meet or exceed demanding U. S. National Institute of Justice tests for workmanship, strength, corrosion and tamper resistance.

All that sounds pretty fancy right? These handcuffs aren't messing around. But again, unless you're a law enforcement officer (do they buy their own handcuffs?) or just really into being cuffed, you're probably not going to be ordering a set any time soon.
